I used to be really overweight. I am not talking about a few pounds, or even 40 pounds. I was 100 pounds overweight at my heaviest, and I was miserable. I used to tell myself that everything was fine, but it was not the truth. I finally decided to change things one day when I got embarrassed at a local park because of my size. I knew that I had the power to change things if I wanted to, and that day, I really did want to. I found which is a site that has all kinds of amazing articles on it for people like me.

When I say that, I mean for people who want to put their health first instead of last, which is exactly what I was doing. I did a search for weight loss help, and that is how I found this site. I was really excited when I saw that there is a lot of information on this site for people when it comes to not only weight loss but nutritional and health tips as well. I spent about two hours on that site just that first day because I was finding out so many new things.

I obviously did not know the first step to taking control of my health. Otherwise, I would not have gotten into the position that I did with being so overweight. I learned first about nutritional tips because it would not really matter how much I was exercising if I was not putting the right foods in my body. I might lose weight, but I knew I would not be healthy, and that was my goal. I learned so much from this website, and I go there every morning even though I have already met my goal. I just like reading the new articles that they put out every day.
